At Sky Orbits for Modern Technology L.L.C, we are committed to delivering your orders in a fast, safe, and reliable manner. Please read the following delivery terms carefully before placing your order.

📍 Delivery Coverage

  • Domestic Delivery – We deliver to all cities and regions within the Sultanate of Oman.
  • International Delivery – We also ship to all countries worldwide through our trusted logistics partners.

⏱ Processing Time

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT+4) are processed the same business day.

Orders received after 3:00 PM, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

💵 Delivery Charges

  • Domestic Orders (within Oman):
    A flat delivery fee applies. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
    Free delivery may be available for orders above a certain amount when promoted on our website.
  • International Orders:
    Delivery fees are calculated based on the destination country and package weight/size. The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

📦 Delivery Method

All orders are shipped via approved and reliable courier/logistics partners.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification along with tracking details (if available).

❗ Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, a second delivery attempt will be made.

If the delivery still cannot be completed, the order will be returned to us and additional shipping fees may be required for re-shipment.

🔍 Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your items at the time of delivery.

If any product is received damaged, defective or incorrect, notify the delivery agent immediately and report it to us within 24 hours at info@skyorbits.tech.
